Service Plans and Prices
Our SOCaaS service offering is designed so that both small and medium-sized as well as large companies and organizations can find a service plan that meets their needs.
- The service is billed with a one-time onboarding fee followed by a monthly service fee.
- The service fee includes all SOC services including the processing of security incidents.
- If the number of security incidents exceeds the usual limit, the causes are analyzed and, if possible, appropriate remedial measures are taken. If the number remains too high for more than three months, the service fee will be adjusted.
- The first 3 months of operation are considered a trial period. During this period, the service can be terminated by either party within one week.
